Hadith 33207
٣٣٢٠٧ - حدثنا وكيع عن الحكم بن عطية عن عبد اللَّه بن عبيد بن عمير أن عمر ورث خالا ومولى من مولاه (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah bin Ubaid bin Umair (may Allah be pleased with him) that Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) declared the maternal uncle to be the maternal uncle and the guardian (mawla) of the person of whom he is the guardian (wali).
