Hadith 33178
٣٣١٧٨ - حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج عن ابن طاوس عن أبيه أنه قال: لأمها السدس، ولزوجها الشطر، والثلث بين الإخوة من الأم والإخوة من الأب والأم.
Ibn Tawus narrates that Hazrat Tawus said that the mother of the deceased will be given one-sixth share, and the husband will be given half of the wealth. And one-third will be distributed among the maternal brothers and the real brothers.
