ابنة وأخت وابنة ابنChapter on the Shares of a Daughter, Sister, and Granddaughter
Hadith 33139
٣٣١٣٩ - حدثنا أبو خالد الأحمر عن حجاج عن أبي قيس عن (هزيل) (١) عن عبد اللَّه قال: قضى رسول اللَّه ﷺ في ابنة وابنة ابن وأخت أعطى الابنة النصف، وابنة الابن السدس تكملة الثلثين والأخت ما بقي (٢).
Huzail narrates that Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave a ruling regarding the daughter, granddaughter, and sister, in which he gave the daughter half of the wealth, the granddaughter one-sixth, to complete two-thirds, and the remainder to the sister. Abu Bakr says this issue will be solved with the number 6: three shares for the daughter, one share for the granddaughter, and two shares for the sister.
