Hadith 33135
٣٣١٣٥ - حدثنا وكيع عن إسرائيل عن جابر عن عامر قال: كان علي وابن مسعود ومعاذ يقولون في ابنة وأخت: النصف والنصف، وهو قول أصحاب محمد ﷺ إلا ابن الزبير وابن عباس (١).
Hazrat Aamir says that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), Ibn Masood, and Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with them) used to say regarding the shares of the daughter and the sister that each receives half, and this is also the opinion of the companions of Muhammad (ﷺ) except for Hazrat Ibn Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) and Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both).
