Hadith 33003
٣٣٠٠٣ - حدثنا ابن مبارك عن هشام عن الحسن في الرجل يعطي في المزاحفة وركوب البحر والطاعون والحامل قال: ما (أعطوا) (١) فهو جائز، لا يكن (٢) من الثلث.
It is narrated from Hisham that Hasan said regarding a person who gives something to someone during war, or during a sea journey, or at the time of plague, or a pregnant woman gives something to someone, that whatever they have given is valid, and it will not be counted within one third of the wealth.
