Hadith 33002
٣٣٠٠٢ - (١) حدثنا معتمر بن سليمان أنه قرأ على فضيل بن ميسرة عن (أبي حريز) (٢) عن الحكم عن مجاهد عن عمر قال: إذا التقى (الزحفان) (٣) والمرأة يضربها المخاض لا يجوز لهما في مالهما إلا الثلث (٤).
Mujahid narrated that Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: when two armies clash and when a woman is pregnant, they do not have the right to dispose of more than one third of their wealth.
