Hadith 32935
٣٢٩٣٥ - جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في قوله: ﴿وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَةَ أُولُو الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينُ فَارْزُقُوهُمْ مِنْهُ﴾ قال: (كان إذا) (١) قسم القوم الميراث، وكان هؤلاء شهودا رضخ لهم من الميراث، فإن كانوا أغنياء وأحد منهم شاهد، فإن شاء أعطى من نصيبه وإلا قال لهم قولا معروفا، يقول: إن (٢) لكم فيه حقًا.
Mughira narrates that Ibrahim, in the explanation of Allah Almighty’s command { وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَۃَ أُولُوا الْقُرْبَی وَالْیَتَامَی وَالْمَسَاکِینُ فَارْزُقُوہُم مِّنْہُ }, said that when people would distribute inheritance and these people were present there, they would be given a little something from the inheritance. And if the heirs were not present and at that time any of these people were present, then if he wished to give from his share, he would give, otherwise he would say an appropriate word to them, that is, he would say; Indeed, you have a right in this wealth.
