Hadith 32869
٣٢٨٦٩ - حدثنا إسماعيل بن عياش عن عبد العزيز عن الشعبي في الرجل يموت ويوصي أن يحج عنه أو يتصدق عنه كفارة رمضان أو كفارة يمين قال: من الثلث.
It is narrated from Abdul Aziz that Sha'bi said regarding the person who, before dying, makes a will that Hajj should be performed on his behalf, or the expiation for missed fasts of Ramadan should be given as charity, or the expiation for an oath should be given as charity, that their fulfillment will be from one third of the wealth.
