Hadith 32819
٣٢٨١٩ - حدثنا (الضحاك بن مخلد) (١) عن ابن جريج عن ابن أبي مليكة قال: أمرهم بأمر، فإن خالفوا جاز و (بئس ما صنعوا) (٢).
Ibn Jurayj narrates that Ibn Abi Mulaykah said that the one making the will has instructed the executors of the will; if they oppose this instruction, even then it will be implemented, but their action will be wrong, and Hazrat Ata used to say that relatives have more right.
