Hadith 32818
٣٢٨١٨ - حدثنا الضحاك بن مخلد عن ابن جريج عن عطاء قال: قلت: أوصى (إنسان) (١) في سبيل اللَّه (وفي المساكين) (٢) وترك قرابة محتاجين، قال: وصيته حيث أوصى بها.
Ibn Jurayj narrates from Ata who says: I asked Ata about a man who made a bequest for the mujahideen and the needy, but among his relatives there are many people in need. He replied: His bequest will be carried out exactly where he made it.
