Hadith 32813
٣٢٨١٣ - حدثنا ابن علية عن أيوب عن محمد قال: قال عبيد اللَّه بن عبد اللَّه بن معمر: في الوصية من سمى: جعلناها حيث سمى، ومن قال: حيث أمر اللَّه: جعلناها في قرابته.
Muhammad narrates that Ubaidullah bin Abdullah bin Muammar said regarding a will: Whoever mentions a person's name while making a will, we will give the wealth to the person whose name was mentioned in the will. And whoever makes a will in such a way that it is stated, "Let it be spent wherever Allah commands," then we will give the wealth to his relatives.
