Hadith 31526
٣١٥٢٦ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن محمد بن إسحاق عن (عبيد اللَّه) (١) بن المغيرة ابن معيقيب عن عمرو بن سليم عن أبي سعيد الخدري قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "اللهم أتخذ (عندك) (٢) عهدا تؤديه يوم القيامة إلي، إنك لا تخلف الميعاد، فإنما أنا بشر فأي المسلمين آذيته أو شتمته أو قال: ضربته أو سببته فاجعلها له صلاة، واجعلها له (زكاة) (٣)، وقربة تقربه بها إليك يوم القيامة" (٤).
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: O Allah! I make a covenant with You which You will fulfill on the Day of Resurrection. Surely, You do not break Your promise. Indeed, I am a human being. Any Muslim whom I have caused harm to, or spoken harshly to, or he said: whom I have struck, or whom I have cursed, then grant him mercy. And purify him, and grant him such closeness that You bring him near to Yourself on the Day of Resurrection.
