الرعد ما يدعى (به) له؟What Supplication Should Be Made at the Sound of Thunder?
Hadith 31178
٣١١٧٨ - حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد حدثنا عبد الواحد بن زياد عن حجاج بن أرطأة عن أبي مطر أنه سمع سالم بن عبد اللَّه يحدث عن أبيه قال: كان رسول اللَّه ﷺ إذا سمع الرعد والصواعق قال: "اللهم لا تقتلنا بغضبك، ولا تهلكنا بعذابك، وعافنا قبل ذلك" (١).
Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) heard the sound of thunder and lightning, he would say: O Allah! Do not kill us with Your anger, nor destroy us with Your punishment, and grant us safety before that.
