Hadith 3016
٣٠١٦ - حدثنا ابن فضيل عن خصيف عن أبي عبيدة عن عبد اللَّه قال: علمني رسول اللَّه ﷺ التشهد: "التحيات للَّه والصلوات والطيبات، السلام عليك أيها النبي ورحمة اللَّه وبركاته، السلام علينا وعلى عباد اللَّه الصالحين، أشهد أن لا اله إلا اللَّه وأشهد أن محمدا عبده ورسوله" (١).
Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) taught us these words of Tashahhud: All verbal acts of worship, physical acts of worship, and financial acts of worship are for Allah. O Prophet, peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings be upon you. Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah. I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is Allah’s servant and His Messenger.
