Hadith 29265
٢٩٢٦٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا معن عن ابن أبي ذئب عن الحارث بن عبد الرحمن أن رجلًا من النبط عدا عليه رجل من أهل المدينة فقتله قتل غيلة، فأتي به أبان بن عثمان وهو إذ ذاك على المدينة، فأمر بالمسلم الذي قتل الذمي أن يُقتل.
Hazrat Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrates that Hazrat Harith bin Abdur Rahman said that a man from the tribe of Nabat attacked a resident of Madinah and deceitfully killed him. He was brought before Hazrat Aban bin Uthman, who was the judge of Madinah at that time. He ordered the execution of the Muslim who had killed the Dhimmi.
