Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Mu'adh narrates that two men exchanged insults in the presence of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and one of them became extremely angry, to the extent that I began to fear his nose might burst from rage. Upon this, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I know a word—if this person afflicted with anger were to recite it, his anger would subside. That word is: I seek refuge in Allah, the Magnificent, from the accursed Satan.
