في الأكل من مال اليتيمConsuming an Orphan's Wealth Is a Grave Sin
Hadith 22712
٢٢٧١٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن المبارك عن الربيع بن أنس عن أبي العالية قال: ما أكلت من مال اليتيم فهو دين عليك، ألا ترى إلى قوله ﴿فَإِذَا دَفَعْتُمْ (إِلَيْهِمْ) (١) (أَمْوَالَهُمْ) (٢) فَأَشْهِدُوا عَلَيْهِمْ﴾ [النساء: ٦].
Hazrat Abu Alia (may Allah have mercy on him) says that whatever you consume from the wealth of the orphan will be a debt upon you. Do you not see that Allah Almighty has said: { فَإِذَا دَفَعْتُمْ إلَیْہِمْ أَمْوَالَہُمْ فَأَشْہِدُوا عَلَیْہِمْ } When you hand over their wealth to them, make witnesses over it.
