٢١٧٤٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أأبو سعد) (١) عن ابن جريج عن ابن طاوس عن أبيه أنه كان لا يرى بأسًا أن يشتري الرجل الدابة الغائبة إذا كان قد رآها ويقول: إن كانت صحيحة فهي لي.
Hazrat Tawus says that if a man buys an absent mount which he has seen before, and he buys it on the condition that if it is sound, it is his, then there is no harm in this sale.
