Hadith 21581
٢١٥٨١ - حدثنا ابن أبي زائدة عن مجالد عن الشعبي قال: البيوع ثلاثة: بيع (بشهود) (١) و (كتاب) (٢)، وبيعٌ (٣) برهانٍ مقبوضة، وبيع بالأمانة، (و) (٤) قرأ آية الدين.
Hazrat Sha'bi says that there are three types of sales: one is the sale with witnesses and documentation, one is the sale with a pledged collateral in possession, and one is the sale with trust. Then he recited the verse of debt.
