Hadith 2139
٢١٣٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا ابن علية عن أيوب عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: كان أذان ابن عمر: اللَّه أكبر، اللَّه أكبر، اللَّه أكبر، شهدت أن لا إله إلا اللَّه، شهدت أن لا إله إلا اللَّه، شهدت أن لا إله إلا اللَّه، ثلاثًا، شهدت أن محمدًا رسول اللَّه شهدت أن محمدًا رسول اللَّه شهدت أن محمدًا رسول اللَّه (ثلاثًا) (١)، حي على الصلاة، ثلاثًا، حي على الفلاح، ثلاثًا، اللَّه أكبر أحسبه قال: لا إله إلا اللَّه (٢).
Hazrat Nafi’ narrates that the adhan of Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) was as follows: Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, I bear witness that there is no god but Allah (three times). I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah (three times). Come to prayer (three times). Come to success (three times). Allah is the Greatest, there is no god but Allah.
