ما قالوا في الحرة تجبر على رضاع ابنها؟Can a Free Woman Be Forced to Nurse a Child?
Hadith 20337
٢٠٣٣٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن شريك عن عطاء عن سعيد بن جبير: ﴿وَإِنْ تَعَاسَرْتُمْ فَسَتُرْضِعُ لَهُ أُخْرَى﴾ [الطلاق: ٦]، قال: إذا قام الرضاع على شيء فالأم أحق به.
Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him), in the commentary of the verse { وَإِنْ تَعَاسَرْتُمْ فَسَتُرْضِعُ لَہُ أُخْرَی } of the Holy Qur'an, says that if suckling is established for something, then the mother has more right to it.
