ما قالوا في الحرة تجبر على رضاع ابنها؟Can a Free Woman Be Forced to Nurse a Child?
Hadith 20336
٢٠٣٣٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا هشيم عن جويبر عن الضحاك قال: إذا كان ⦗٤٨٣⦘ للمرأة صبي مرضع، فهي أحق به، (ولها أجر) (١) (رضاع) (٢) مثلها إن قبلته، وإن لم تقبله استرضع له من (غيرها) (٣) إن قبل الصبي من غيرها فذلك؛ وإن لم (يقبل) (٤) جبرت على رضاعه وأعطيت (أجر) (٥) مثلها.
Hazrat Dahhak (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a woman has a nursing child, she has the most right to breastfeed him, and she will receive the same compensation as other women if she accepts to breastfeed. And if she does not accept, then the child will be breastfed by someone else. If the child starts drinking the milk of another woman, that is fine; otherwise, his mother will be compelled to breastfeed him and she will be given her due payment.
