Hadith 20267
٢٠٢٦٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا غندر عن شعبة عن حماد أنه سئل عن متاع البيت فقال: ثياب المرأة للمرأة، وثياب الرجل للرجل، وما تشاجرا فلم يكن لهذا ولا لهذا (فهو) (١) للذي في يده.
Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked about household belongings, so he replied that the clothes of a woman are for the woman and the clothes of a man are for the man. And regarding any item over which there is a dispute between them, it will belong to the one in whose possession it is.
