Hadith 20264
٢٠٢٦٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا حفص عن أشعث عن الحسن قال: ما كان للرجال فهو للرجال، وما كان للنساء (فهو للنساء) (١)، وما بقي فهو لمن أقام البينة.
Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) says that in the case of a dispute, the things that belong to the men will be for the men, and the things that belong to the women will be for the women. And the remainder will be for the one who establishes evidence.
