Hadith 20193
٢٠١٩٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا معاذ بن (معاذ) (١) عن أشعث عن (الحكم) (٢) في رجل قال: إن لم أخرج إلى واسط فامرأته طالق، قال: يغشاها ولا يتوارثان.
Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) says that if a person said to his wife that if I do not go towards Wasit, then his wife will be divorced. In this case, the man will have intercourse with his wife and neither of them will inherit from each other. And Hazrat Ibn Sirin says that he should not have intercourse with her until he does what he has said.
