Hadith 20189
٢٠١٨٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن سفيان عن غيلان عن الحكم قال: امرأته طالق إن لم يضرب غلامه، (فأبق) (١)، قال: يجامعها (و) (٢) يتوارثان.
Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person says to his wife that if she does not beat his slave, then she is divorced. Then his slave ran away. Both of them (the husband and wife) can have intercourse and will also inherit from each other.
