Hadith 20187
٢٠١٨٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا هشيم (بن بشير) (١) عن منصور عن الحسن في رجل قال لامرأته: هي طالق إن لم يتزوج عليها، قال: هي امرأته حتى يتزوج، فإن مات واحد منهما فلا ميراث بينهما.
Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) says that if a person says to his wife that if he does not marry another woman while she is with him, then she is divorced. In this case, if he marries, divorce will not take place. If either of them dies, they will not inherit from each other.
