Hadith 20184
٢٠١٨٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا (عبد الأعلى) (١) (عن) (٢) برد عن مكحول في رجل كن له أربع نسوة فطلق إحداهن ثم تزوج خامسة ثم مات، و (لم) (٣) يعلم أيتهن طلق؟ قال: ربع الثمن التي تزوج أخيرًا وثلاثة أرباع بين هؤلاء الأربع.
Hazrat Mak'hool (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man has four wives and he divorces one of them and marries a fifth, and then he passes away and it is not known which one he divorced, then in this case, one-fourth of one-eighth will be given to the woman whom he married last, and three-fourths will be given to the remaining four women.
