Hadith 20183
٢٠١٨٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد عن أبي معشر عن ⦗٤٤٣⦘ إبراهيم في رجل كن له أربع نسوة، فطلق إحداهن (١) لا يدرى أيتهن طلق؟ ثم تزوج خامسة ثم مات، قال: يكمل لهذه التي (تزوج) (٢) (ربع) (٣) الميراث، وما بقي بين هؤلاء الأربع.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a man has four wives and he divorces one of them, but it is not known which one he divorced, and then he marries a fifth woman, then the one whom he married will receive a quarter from the inheritance, and the remaining three quarters will go to the remaining women.
