ما قالوا في الرجل (تكون) له النسوة فيطلق (إحداهن) ثم يموت ولا يدرى أيتهن طلق؟If a Man Has Multiple Wives, Divorces One, and Dies Without Specifying Which, What Is the Ruling?
Hadith 20181
٢٠١٨١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا هشيم عن أبي (بشر) (١) عن عمرو بن هرم عن جابر بن زيد عن ابن عباس في رجل (كن) (٢) له نسوة فطلق (إحداهن) (٣) ثم مات لم يعلم (أيتهن) (٤) طلق؟ قال: فقال ابن عباس: ينالهن من الطلاق ما ينالهن من الميراث (٥).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) was asked: If a man has several wives, divorces one of them, and then passes away, but it is not known which one he divorced, what is the ruling? He replied: All of them will receive the same share of divorce as they would receive from the inheritance.
