Hadith 20160
٢٠١٦٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا علي بن مسهر عن الشيباني (عن الشعبي) (١) أن هشام (بن هبيرة) (٢) كتب إلى شريح يسأله عن الرجل يطلق امرأته ثلاثًا في مرضه، فكتب إليه شريح: إنه فار من كتاب اللَّه، ترثه.
Hazrat Sha’bi (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Hazrat Hisham bin Hubairah (may Allah have mercy on him) wrote a letter to Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) in which he asked: If a person gives his wife three divorces during his death illness, will she inherit from him? He replied: He wants to escape from the Book of Allah; she will inherit from him.
