Hadith 20155
٢٠١٥٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا جرير بن عبد الحميد عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم عن شريح قال: أتاني عروة (البارقي) (١) من عند عمر، في الرجل يطلق امرأته ثلاثًا في (مرضه) (٢): إنها ترثه ما دامت في العدة ولا يرثها (٣).
Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Urwah Barqi came to me from Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) and said that if a person gives his wife three divorces in the state of death-illness, then if the woman is in her waiting period at the time of his death, she will be his heir. However, the man will not be the woman's heir.
