Hadith 20068
٢٠٠٦٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا غندر عن شعبة عن الحكم في المطلقة ثلاثًا: لا تكتحل ولا تزين، (و) (١) هو أشد عنده من المتوفى عنها.
Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) says that a woman who has been given three divorces will not apply kohl and will not adorn herself. Her ruling is stricter than that of a woman whose husband has passed away.
