Hadith 19903
١٩٩٠٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا حفص بن غياث عن ابن جريج عن عطاء بن ميسرة عن ابن عباس قال: إذا وضعت ولدًا وبقي في بطنها ولد فهو أحق برجعتها ما لم تضع الآخر (١).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates that when a woman gives birth to one child and another child remains in her womb, the man has the right to take her back until she gives birth to the second child.
