Hadith 19845
١٩٨٤٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا علي بن مسهر عن سعيد عن قتادة عن سعيد بن المسيب قال: عدة الأمة حيضتان، فإن لم تكن تحيض فشهر ونصف.
Hazrat Said bin Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) says that the waiting period (‘iddah) of a slave woman is two menstrual cycles. If she does not menstruate, then she will observe a waiting period of one and a half months.
