Hadith 19766
١٩٧٦٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا هشيم عن يونس عن الحسن فيمن طلق ولم يفرض قبل أن يدخل (قال: لها) (١) المتعة.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife, even though he neither fixed the dowry nor had lawful intercourse with her, he will be compelled to pay her the gift (mut‘ah). Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) says that along with the gift (mut‘ah), she will also receive something else.
