Hadith 19765
١٩٧٦٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن عيينة عن عمرو عن عطاء عن ابن عباس قال: إذا طلق الرجل امرأته قبل أن يدخل بها وقبل أن يفرض لها فليس لها إلا المتاع (١).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) says that if a man divorces his wife, although neither the dowry was fixed nor did he have lawful intercourse with her, then the woman will receive nothing except Mut'ah (a parting gift).
