Hadith 19763
١٩٧٦٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا يزيد بن هارون عن الحجاج عن الحكم عن إبراهيم قال: إنما يجبر على المتعة: من طلق ولم يفرض ولم يدخل.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a man divorces his wife, even though he neither fixed a dowry nor had lawful intercourse with her, he will be compelled to pay her the parting gift (mut‘ah).
