Hadith 19762
١٩٧٦٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا حميد عن حسن عن مطرف عن الشعبي قال: إذا طلق الرجل امرأته ولم يفرض لها ولم يدخل بها جبر على أن يمتعها.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife, even though he neither fixed the dowry nor had lawful intercourse with her, he will be compelled to pay her the Mut'ah (consolatory gift).
