Hadith 19735
١٩٧٣٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا حاتم بن إسماعيل عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه قال: سألته عن الرجل يطلق امرأته البتة (هل) (١) لها من نفقة؟ قال: لا نفقة لها.
Hazrat Hisham bin Urwah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that I asked my father, if a person gives his wife an irrevocable divorce, will she receive maintenance? He replied that she will not receive maintenance.
