Hadith 19622
١٩٦٢٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم قال: يوقف المولي عند إنقضاء الأربعة، فإن فاء فهي امرأته، وإن لم (يفئ) (١) فهي تطليقة (بائنة) (٢).
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that after four months, the one who has taken an oath of abstinence (muli) will be questioned; if he resumes relations, she will remain his wife, and if he does not resume relations, it will be counted as one irrevocable divorce.
