١٩٦١١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن (عليه) (١) ووكيع عن مسعر عن حبيب ابن أبي ثابت عن طاوس عن عثمان أنه كان يقول (يقول) (٢) أهل المدينة: يوقف (٣).
Hazrat Usman (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say to the people of Madinah that the command will depend on the master.
