Hadith 19588
١٩٥٨٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن حبيب عن سعيد ابن جبير عن ابن عمر وابن عباس (قالا) (١): (إذا آلى) (٢) فلم يفئ حتى تمضي الأربعة الأشهر فهي تطليقة بائنة (٣).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) and Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) state that when a woman performed ila’ (oath of abstinence) with a man and did not fulfill it, and four months passed, then the woman received one irrevocable divorce (talaq bainah).
