Hadith 19527
١٩٥٢٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن حسن (عن ليث) (١) (عن) (٢) طاوس قالا: لا يقع عليها الطلاق ما كانت في العدة.
Hazrat Tawus (may Allah have mercy on him) says that divorce does not take effect if given during the waiting period (‘iddah) after khul‘, even if the woman is still in her ‘iddah.
