١٩٥٢٦ - وحجاج عن عطاء في المختلعة: لا يقع عليها (طلاق) (١) زوجها ما ⦗٢٨٥⦘ كانت في (عدة) (٢) منه (بائنة) (٣).
19526 - And Hajjaj from Ata regarding the woman who seeks khul‘: The (divorce) (1) of her husband does not take effect upon her as long as she is in her (waiting period) (2) from him (irrevocably divorced) (3).
