Hadith 19506
١٩٥٠٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا الثقفي عن يحيى بن (سعيد) (١) سمعه يقول: يختلعون عندنا دون السلطان، فإذا رفع إلى السلطان أجازه.
Hazrat Yahya bin Saeed (may Allah have mercy on him) says that people used to perform khula (divorce initiated by the wife) among us without the authority of the ruler; when the matter was presented before the ruler, he would also permit it.
