١٩٥٠٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن شعبة عن الحكم عن الشعبي أن شريحًا أجاز خلعا دون السلطان.
Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) permitted khul‘ without the intervention of the ruler.
