ما قالوا في الرجل إذا خلع امرأته، كم يكون من الطلاق؟How Many Divorces Is Khul Equivalent To?
Hadith 19455
١٩٤٥٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا أبو معاوية عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه قال: (خلع) (١) جمهان الأسلمي امرأة ثم ندم وندمت فأتوا عثمان فذكروا ذلك له، (قال فقال) (٢) عثمان: هي تطليقة، إلا أن تكون (سميت) (٣) شيئًا فهو على ما (سميت) (٤) (٥).
Hazrat Urwah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Jumhan Aslami (may Allah have mercy on him) divorced his wife through khula, then both regretted it. Both of them went to Hazrat Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him), who said that this is one divorce; however, if the number of divorces is specified, then it will be according to the specified number.
