١٩٤٤٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن أبي (غنية) (١) عن عبد الملك عن عطاء في الرجل يخلع المرأة قال: إذا أتى ذلك من قبلها فلا بأس.
Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if the cause of bad relations is the woman, then it is permissible for the man to grant khula.
