Hadith 19428
١٩٤٢٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا إسماعيل بن (عياش) (١) عن عمرو (بن) (٢) مهاجر قال: كتب عبد الملك بن مروان وسليمان و (عمر) (٣) بن عبد العزيز ويزيد بن عبد الملك: (ما) (٤) أقلتم السفهاء (من) (٥) شيء، فلا (تقيلوهم) (٦) الطلاق والعتاق.
Hazrat Amr bin Muhajir, may Allah have mercy on him, says that Abdul Malik bin Marwan, Sulaiman, Umar bin Abdul Aziz, and Yazid bin Abdul Malik wrote in a letter that you should forgive all the words of the foolish, but do not give them concession in divorce and the emancipation of slaves.
